برنامه فیزیکی پروژه شش ساختمان با سه طبقه ، و پنج تا هشت اقامتگاه است که در مجموع سی و نه واحد، پارکینگ سرپوشیده، استخر شنای خانوادگی با خط نیمه دور المپیک، دفتر اداری، سالن بدن سازی برای کارکنان و مناطق خدماتی، باغ هایی برای ساکنان است.
پست ساختمان پونتا ماجاهوا در چهارسوی معماری اول به نظر می رسد.
